Ever gone through the implementation of a new system? Was it a pain?
Job Commander takes the stress out of your workshop management system implementation.
We know that installing and implementing new software can be a daunting prospect, and accordingly have put a lot of effort in providing you with ways to make your introduction to Job Commander as easy as possible.
How?
Most accounting systems have the ability to export customer and supplier names and addresses into a spreadsheet. Our smart software will access this information, import it into Job Commander
Inventory or lists of materials – If you have a spread sheet of your own stock, a price list from your supplier or extract from another system we can import the information
Work centres – the Job Commander Support team is available to work with you to identify the preferred method to break down your work centres. Once identified the team enters the information into the system for you:
1. You provide information on employee names and rates, which we validate and enter into the system
2. Your logo will be incorporated into the quotes, invoices, purchase orders and delivery dockets, and
3. Your quote, purchase order and invoice templates will be setup for you
Once the steps above have been successfully completed, Job Commander will be ready for entry of your current jobs in progress into the system.
Now all ready for training to begin using your own business’s information. Experience has shown us that this is the quickest and easiest way for new companies to begin taking advantage of the many benefits of Job Commander software.

Is this Accounting Software?
Job Commander is integrated to a number of major accounting packages. Invoices are created in Job Commander and passed to your accounting system via an API interface.
How do I get started? Can my customers be entered onto Job Commander?
All this is done for you in our amazing pre-launch setup. Your system arrives with you fully populated and ready to start training and working. That’s why going live with Job Commander is so quick!
Can I use Job Commander on a mobile or tablet?
Currently you can only access Job Commander via a desktop to access your main server, or an MS Windows tablet.
Is Job Commander on the cloud?
Job Commander is a client server system that can be hosted on your own premises, or on a cloud server. We can recommend a cloud hosting service

Do you have a Scheduler?
Yes, we offer full integration to a partner product, Just Plan It. If you would like to see Just Plan It email or give us a call and we can arrange that.
Can I save drafts, documents, CAD, Images, etc?
You can attach, save and run all Office or PDF documents to a job. If you have the CAD software installed on your local computer, you can also save and run those images from Job Commander.
I have been burned by other software apps before; Can I try it out first?
We can arrange a week-long trial using all of your own data to ensure you get a real feel for the system. You will also have the full support of our support team during your trial.
